ERP/CRM – Social Media Lead Generation Specialist

Prerequisites for the role:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience generating qualified leads via social media.
  • Excellent and sound knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Hands-on experience in IT B2B Social Media Marketing
  • Hands-on experience in running Google Ads other paid campaigns
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Must have working knowledge of any of the CRMs like Salesforce
  • Prior work experience in the US Market is preferred
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Ability to work independently and generate content on their own for campaigns.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

  • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Generate Leads through Social Media Marketing
  • Effectively utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate leads
  • Follow-ups on generated leads and fix appointments with prospects once qualified.
  • Develop, implement and manage company’s social media strategy
  • Define and implement critical social media metrics
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization using SEMRUSH are preferred.
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
  • Work with Graphic designers to ensure content is informative and visually appealing
  • Collaborate with HR and Delivery team for content generation
  • Connect, and Communicate with the target audience, industry professionals and influencers through social media to create a strong network
