Role Overview :-

LMTEQ is seeking a ServiceNow Partner & Alliance Sales Support Executive to support our partner-led sales motion within the ServiceNow ecosystem. This role focuses on coordinating partner-sourced opportunities, managing proposals, and ensuring timely follow-ups across sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams.

The role is well suited for candidates with service-desk or IT operations sales exposure who understand how enterprise service platforms are positioned and sold through partner ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Support partner-sourced opportunities within the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Track and manage opportunity progress, including:
    • Sales stages and next steps
    • Follow-ups and partner communications
    • Proposal, RFP, and commercial coordination
  • Prepare capability decks, account briefs, and pitch materials
  • Coordinate demos, workshops, and partner meetings
  • Maintain accurate partner and prospect contact databases
  • Act as a coordination bridge between:
    • Sales teams
    • Pre-sales consultants
    • Delivery and solution teams
  • Ensure timely communication and alignment across all stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Profile :-

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, partner sales, or account coordination
  • Strong preference for candidates with exposure to:
    • ManageEngine
    • Freshdesk
    • Zoho (ITSM / Ops / Service products)
  • Understanding of service operations, ticketing systems, and SLAs
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills
  • Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
