Position Overview :-
LMTEQ is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to support ServiceNow-driven digital transformation initiatives. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, streamline processes, and ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities :-
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements
- Conduct workshops and interview sessions to capture detailed requirements
- Analyze and document existing business processes and recommend improvements
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Documentation & Communication
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and user stories
- Maintain clear and consistent communication between business and development teams
- Act as a liaison to ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Support project managers in tracking deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
Testing & Validation
- Assist in preparing test cases and validating solutions against defined requirements
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Ensure stakeholder validation and formal sign-offs before deployment
Support & Training
- Develop user guides, training materials, and process documentation
- Provide functional support during project rollout and post-implementation phases
- Assist in change management and user adoption initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education :- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience :- 2 to 4 years in business analysis, IT projects, or consulting
- Technical Skills :-
- Familiarity with Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools
- Exposure to tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
- Process Knowledge :-
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and ITIL concepts
- Soft Skills :-
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements
- ServiceNow Exposure :-
- Basic to intermediate understanding of ServiceNow platform (modules like ITSM, CSM, etc.) is preferred
