Role Overview :-

LMTEQ is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Procurement Service Management (PSM) Consultant to design, implement, and optimize procurement workflows on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Source-to-Pay operations, workflow automation, and enterprise-grade ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow Procurement Service Management (PSM) module.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Develop catalog items, flows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with procurement stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements.
  • Support Source-to-Pay transformation initiatives.
  • Perform system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous optimization.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications :-

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development/implementation
  • Strong experience in Procurement Service Management (PSM)
  • Knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes
  • Experience in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs
  • Strong scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
  • Experience in Service Catalog, Workflow, and Case Management
  • Understanding of ERP integrations
  • ServiceNow CSA certification (Mandatory)
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :-

  • ServiceNow CIS certification (S2P / PSM preferred)
  • Experience in enterprise procurement transformation projects
  • Exposure to ITSM and other ServiceNow modules
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
