Job Summary :-
We are seeking a skilled and solution-oriented Salesforce Developer with 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in customizing and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce administration, with a solid understanding of CRM workflows, integrations, and application lifecycle management. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex business problems with technical precision.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Salesforce Development:
Design, code, and implement scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Aura Components. - Custom Solutions:
Develop and deploy customized solutions to meet business requirements across sales, service, and marketing clouds. - System Integration:
Integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms using APIs and middleware tools. - Testing & Troubleshooting:
Ensure application stability by performing rigorous testing and resolving bugs or performance issues. - Collaboration:
Work closely with project managers, functional teams, and administrators to align solutions with business needs. - Documentation & Training:
Create detailed technical documentation and assist in user training and knowledge sharing. - Security & Maintenance:
Maintain data security, integrity, and compliance within the Salesforce ecosystem. - Agile Development:
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous delivery in Agile environments.
Requirements :-
- 1 to 4 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong command of Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce administration
- Proficient in MySQL, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with version control tools and IDEs like MavensMate or Eclipse
- Solid understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables in a dynamic work environment
Preferred Qualifications :-
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin) are a plus
- Experience with data migration tools like Data Loader or Talend
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and DevOps tools
- Previous experience working on complex enterprise projects or healthcare/finance domains
