Position Overview :-
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Senior Developer with expertise in CSM and TSM to design, develop, and implement solutions. The role involves hands-on development, process understanding, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver optimized ServiceNow applications aligned with client needs.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically within CSM and TSM modules.
- Customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and other scripting tools.
- Write server-side and client-side scripts for custom applications and enhancements.
- Design and build integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Enhance user experience through Service Portal development and advanced customizations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes across Incident, Case, Change, Problem Management, and CMDB.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for secure and scalable development.
Qualifications :-
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Proven expertise in CSM and/or TSM modules.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (both client-side and server-side).
- Solid experience with REST/SOAP API integration and data exchange.
- Hands-on experience with Service Portal development and advanced UI customization.
- Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks and their practical application in ServiceNow projects.
- Experience in developing custom applications and automating workflows using Flow Designer and Scripted APIs.
- ServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA); CSM/TSM certifications are highly desirable.
