Position Overview :-

We are looking for a Technical Writer to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that supports our products and business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing user manuals, documenting business use cases, and mapping workflows to ensure stakeholders and end-users can easily understand and adopt solutions.

Key Responsibilities :-

Documentation Development

  • Develop and maintain user manuals, installation guides, and product documentation
  • Ensure content is clear, structured, and easy to understand

Business Use Case Documentation

  • Document business use cases to capture requirements, scenarios, and expected outcomes
  • Translate technical and functional inputs into structured documentation

Workflow & Process Documentation

  • Create detailed workflow diagrams and process documentation
  • Map processes to improve clarity and operational efficiency

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business analysts to gather information
  • Translate technical concepts into accessible, user-friendly content

Documentation Quality

  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with documentation standards
  • Review and edit existing documentation for clarity, usability, and completeness

Training & Support

  • Support training and onboarding by providing high-quality reference materials
  • Assist teams with documentation during product rollout and adoption

Required Skills & Qualifications :-

  • Proven experience of 2–4 years as a Technical Writer or similar role
  • Strong ability to write and edit:
    • User manuals
    • Business use cases
    • Workflow documentation
  • Proficiency in documentation tools such as:
    • MS Office
    • Visio or similar tools
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications :-

  • Experience in IT, SaaS, or enterprise software documentation
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or other workflow-driven platforms
  • Knowledge of diagramming tools such as Lucidchart, Draw.io, or similar
