.NET Developer

Job Overview : -

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced .NET Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should bring at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing scalable .NET applications, particularly in payment processing systems. This role involves working on mission-critical modules such as Fuel Cards, Petro Fuel services, and Payment Gateway integrations, including direct interaction with Verifone systems like Commander and RubyCI.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building secure, high-performance applications, maintaining compliance standards like PCI DSS, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery. Key Responsibilities : -

Develop, test, and maintain robust .NET applications using C# and .NET Core.
Integrate with and support third-party Payment Gateways while ensuring PCI compliance.
Build and enhance modules for Fuel Card and Petro Fuel services.
Work with Verifone systems including Commander and RubyCI for seamless POS integrations.
Design and implement REST APIs and microservices to support scalable system architectures.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps for full-cycle development and deployment.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure optimal performance.
Maintain system documentation and ensure adherence to development best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills : -

5+ years of .NET development experience with a strong foundation in C# and .NET Core.
In-depth understanding of Payment Gateway systems and transaction processing.
Experience working with Fuel Card systems and Petro Fuel platforms.
Hands-on experience with Verifone payment terminals/APIs such as Commander and RubyCI.
Proficiency in SQL Server, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
Strong experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud environments.
Excellent debugging, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications : -

Experience with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
Understanding of secure coding practices and compliance standards.
Exposure to DevOps pipelines and CI/CD practices.
Knowledge of event-driven architecture and message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
