Job Summary :-

We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner / Generalist with proven expertise across Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compliance, Grievance Handling, Payroll, Recruitment, and HR Technology (HRIS & ATS). In this role, you will play a key part in building and optimizing people processes for an IT-focused environment, ensuring employees thrive while aligning HR practices with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Partner with leadership to design and implement effective Performance Management Systems (PMS) that drive growth and development.
  • Build and execute employee engagement programs that enhance satisfaction and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies; manage grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
  • Manage payroll processes with accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles using HRIS and ATS tools.
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS & ATS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and seamless processes.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics, offering insights to support continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements :-

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s/HR certifications are a plus).
  • 3–4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner/Generalist in the IT or tech industry.
  • Hands-on expertise in PMS, employee engagement, compliance, payroll, recruitment, and HR tech systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for HR decision-making.
  • Capable of independently managing HR projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
