Role Overview :-

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Automation Testing and ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts, validating ServiceNow functionalities, and ensuring high-quality, reliable product releases.

This role requires a strong blend of functional testing expertise, automation capability, and a solid understanding of ServiceNow processes.

Key Responsibilities :-

Automation Testing

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Web and API applications
  • Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, or similar tools
  • Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
  • Analyze automation results, debug failures, and optimize scripts for reusability and stability

ServiceNow ATF Testing

  • Create, execute, and maintain ATF test suites for ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, and custom applications
  • Automate regression test packs for ServiceNow releases, upgrades, and custom enhancements
  • Validate catalog items, flows, workflows, integrations, UI policies/actions, and custom logic using ATF
  • Troubleshoot ATF test failures and collaborate with ServiceNow developers for timely resolution

Quality Assurance & Collaboration

  • Participate in requirement analysis, user story reviews, and sprint planning
  • Identify test gaps and ensure end-to-end functional and regression coverage
  • Log and track defects using JIRA or ServiceNow and drive resolution with development teams
  • Prepare and maintain QA documentation: test plans, test cases, execution reports, and traceability matrices
  • Work closely with product owners, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality at every stage

Required Skills & Qualifications :-

  • 3–7+ years of QA experience with strong exposure to Automation Testing and ServiceNow ATF
  • Hands-on experience in :
    • Selenium WebDriver
    • TestNG / JUnit
  • Programming knowledge in Java, Python, or JavaScript (any one required)
  • Experience with ServiceNow ATF for automated testing of modules and workflows
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills

Good to Have :-

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Glide), business rules, and workflows
  • API testing experience using Postman, RestAssured, or ReadyAPI
  • Exposure to cloud-based testing tools such as BrowserStack or Sauce Labs
  • Understanding of ITIL processes
