Role Overview :-
LMTEQ is seeking a ServiceNow Partner & Alliance Sales Support Executive to support our partner-led sales motion within the ServiceNow ecosystem. This role focuses on coordinating partner-sourced opportunities, managing proposals, and ensuring timely follow-ups across sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams.
The role is well suited for candidates with service-desk or IT operations sales exposure who understand how enterprise service platforms are positioned and sold through partner ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Support partner-sourced opportunities within the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Track and manage opportunity progress, including:
- Sales stages and next steps
- Follow-ups and partner communications
- Proposal, RFP, and commercial coordination
- Prepare capability decks, account briefs, and pitch materials
- Coordinate demos, workshops, and partner meetings
- Maintain accurate partner and prospect contact databases
- Act as a coordination bridge between:
- Sales teams
- Pre-sales consultants
- Delivery and solution teams
- Ensure timely communication and alignment across all stakeholders
Ideal Candidate Profile :-
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, partner sales, or account coordination
- Strong preference for candidates with exposure to:
- ManageEngine
- Freshdesk
- Zoho (ITSM / Ops / Service products)
- Understanding of service operations, ticketing systems, and SLAs
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented

- Proposal and RFP turnaround time
- Follow-up discipline and coordination effectiveness
- Accuracy and completeness of opportunity documentation
