Position Overview :-

A Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying, nurturing, and qualifying potential clients through research, targeted outreach campaigns (email, social media, and calls), and effective CRM management. The role supports the sales pipeline by converting interest into potential sales opportunities and works closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive consistent business growth.

This role requires a good understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and digital channels to ensure a steady flow of quality leads and improved conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Research & Prospecting :- Identify potential customers and target markets using online research, networking platforms, and data analysis tools. Build and maintain a strong database of prospects.
  • Campaign Management :- Plan, execute, and manage targeted campaigns across email, social media, and content channels to attract and engage prospects.
  • Lead Qualification :- Evaluate, score, and qualify leads based on interest level, engagement, and business fit to identify sales-ready opportunities.
  • Outreach & Nurturing :- Connect with prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media. Follow up regularly to nurture relationships and move leads through the funnel.
  • CRM & Data Management :- Update and maintain accurate lead records in CRM systems, track lead sources, and monitor pipeline progress.
  • Collaboration :- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to align lead generation activities, share insights, and ensure smooth lead handover.
  • Performance Analysis :- Track key metrics, review campaign results, and optimize strategies to improve lead quality and ROI.
  • Content Support :- Assist in creating and curating basic content for inbound lead generation such as emails, posts, and landing page inputs.

Essential Skills & Qualifications :-

  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic marketing tools.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, SEO basics, and social media platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Responsibilities :-

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with existing leads to ensure continued engagement and interest.
  • Support sales teams with basic lead insights and background information when required.
  • Ensure timely responses to inbound inquiries from websites, emails, and campaigns.
  • Assist in improving lead generation processes by sharing feedback and best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and lead generation techniques to improve performance.
