Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Microsoft CRM Dynamics Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM development, with expertise in D365, plugins, Power Apps, and JavaScript. As a CRM Dynamics Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing CRM solutions to meet our organization’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Customize and configure CRM modules to optimize performance and functionality.
  • Develop plugins, workflows, and custom actions to extend CRM capabilities.
  • Integrate CRM with other business systems and applications.
  • Develop Power Apps to streamline business processes and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM applications.
  • Stay updated on the latest CRM technologies and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in CRM development.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 customization and configuration.
  • Experience developing plugins, workflows, and custom actions.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and other web development languages.
  • Experience developing Power Apps and integrating them with CRM.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications (preferred).
