We are currently seeking a Senior ITSM ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development, particularly in Incident, Request, Change, and Knowledge Management modules. Additionally, proficiency in mobile app development, web development, and integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications such as Microsoft Azure AD is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for Incident, Request, Change, and Knowledge Management processes.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow mobile applications to enhance user experience and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with various third-party systems and platforms, including Microsoft Azure AD, using APIs, web services, and other integration methods.
  • Develop and maintain web applications and portals using ServiceNow’s web development framework.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and end-users.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow technologies, best practices, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
  • Extensive experience in Incident, Request, Change, and Knowledge Management modules within ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in mobile app development for iOS and Android platforms.
  • Strong web development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications and platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure AD.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
