Role Overview :-
LMTEQ is looking for a ServiceNow Inside Sales & Pipeline Development Executive to build and qualify an enterprise pipeline for ServiceNow consulting and implementation services. This role is ideal for professionals transitioning from ITSM / service-desk platforms into enterprise workflow and solution selling, with a strong focus on discovery, qualification, and pipeline quality rather than volume-based selling.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Identify and qualify mid-to-large enterprise accounts for ServiceNow services
- Research and prospect accounts across BFSI, Manufacturing, and Telecom sectors
- Execute structured outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and warm calls
- Conduct discovery conversations to assess:
- ITSM / service-desk maturity
- SLA adherence, ticket volumes, and operational pain points
- Decision-makers, influencers, and buying structures
- Set up qualified discovery meetings for senior sales and leadership teams
- Maintain pipeline hygiene, CRM updates, and disciplined follow-ups
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to support solution qualification
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in account and opportunity data
Ideal Candidate Profile :-
- 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, pre-sales, or solution selling
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in:
- ManageEngine
- Freshdesk
- Zoho (ITSM / Desk / Ops products)
- Exposure to ITSM, service desk, or customer support platforms
- Comfortable engaging with IT Managers, Operations Heads, and Support Leaders
- Curious, structured, and motivated to grow into enterprise ServiceNow sales
