Educational Qualification: MBA with specialization in marketing or any related course
- Understand and stay abreast of the current developments in various industries and hiring patterns.
- Identify business opportunities and potential clients.
- Find and generate leads through lead prospecting, networking, cold emails, cold calls, and field sales.
- Set—up meetings or calls for the sales team and vertical heads.
- Prepare sales collateral (Sales decks, Business decks, Product PPT)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent soft-skills.
- Ability to be persuasive and tactful.
- Must have an instinctive affinity for selling.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be aware of and be capable of understanding current economic developments and their impact on the business.
- Must have good analytical skills.
- Post Graduate degree in MBA
- Understanding of Business Development
