Position Overview :-

We’re seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team. This role offers the chance to take initiative, contribute to impactful HR strategies, and grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment that values people and progress.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Handle payroll processing including attendance, leave tracking, and coordination with the finance team.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle onboarding and induction for new joiners ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and performance appraisal cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.

Requirements :-

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of payroll processes and HR operations.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing needs.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR tools/software is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable working full-time from the office.
