Role Overview :-

We are looking for a fresher or early-career HR professional who has exposure to or a strong interest in Transactional Analysis (TA), psychology, or people development. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with LMTEQ’s leadership, contributing to the foundation of our HR and culture function as we expand globally.

Key Responsibilities :-

Recruitment Support

  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, and IT consulting roles.
  • Support talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities.

Employee Engagement

  • Organize internal events, engagement activities, and employee feedback surveys.
  • Drive communication initiatives to enhance collaboration and belonging.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, support onboarding and exit processes, and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Culture Building

  • Support culture initiatives using TA concepts (ego states, life scripts, permissions, relational needs).
  • Contribute to projects that promote psychological safety, communication, and workplace relationships.

Leadership Collaboration

  • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to co-create a growth-oriented and people-centric environment.

Who You Are :-

  • Fresh graduate in MBA (HR), Psychology, Social Work, or related disciplines, or with 1–2 years of experience in HR/recruitment.
  • Exposure to or strong interest in Transactional Analysis, organizational psychology, or coaching.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
  • Curious, proactive, and driven to learn in a fast-paced, global setting.
  • Aspires to grow into a future People & Culture leader.

What We Offer :-

  • Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on background & TA exposure).
