We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer with expertise in Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and end-to-end integrations. If you have experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementations, scripting, and automation, this role offers a dynamic and challenging environment to grow your career.
Key Responsibilities
1. ServiceNow Development & Implementation
- Hands-on design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
- Service Catalog development using Flow Designer and automation tools.
- Implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, Service Portal, Performance Analytics, and Employee Center.
- Develop, modify, and maintain workflows to optimize IT service delivery.
2. End-to-End Integrations & API Development
- Extensive experience in API development, including:
- Scripted REST API development for seamless data exchange.
- Outbound & Inbound REST API integration for external system connectivity.
- Authentication process implementation, ensuring secure integrations.
- Develop secure and scalable integrations with third-party applications.
3. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for ServiceNow incidents, performance issues, and workflows.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to address technical challenges in a consultative manner.
- Ensure seamless performance optimization across ServiceNow instances.
4. Leadership & Team Collaboration
- Ability to lead projects and support activities, ensuring smooth ServiceNow implementation.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing hands-on training when needed.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow automation.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization using ServiceNow solutions.
5. ITSM & ITIL Process Understanding
- Deep understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes to optimize incident, change, and problem management workflows.
- Working knowledge of IT Business Management (ITBM) and its implementation within ServiceNow.
- Ensure compliance with ITSM best practices while configuring and developing ServiceNow solutions.
Basic Requirements
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM) certification required.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with Glide Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX, and AngularJS.
- Expertise in ServiceNow customization, configuration, and performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of CMDB, ITIL, and ITSM principles.
- Experience in UI/UX enhancements within ServiceNow.
