The ideal candidate should have:

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
Their Main Duties Include:
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates to identify the best fit for the organization.
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Negotiating compensation and benefits packages with successful candidates.
- Overseeing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Managing the recruitment budget, tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Managing and mentoring a team of recruiters and ensuring that all recruitment processes comply with legal and ethical standards of the organization.
