Position Overview :-

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer with a strong command of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining CRM solutions that align with business objectives and enhance customer engagement workflows. This role involves hands-on plugin development, scripting, API integrations, and leveraging cloud-native services to build scalable, modern CRM applications.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules based on business requirements.
  • Build and deploy custom plugins, workflows, and business logic using C# and NET.
  • Create and extend functionality using JavaScript for client-side scripting and form customizations.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and services through APIs and connectors.
  • Use the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to build custom apps and automation flows.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing CRM applications to ensure peak performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Document technical designs, processes, and configurations for internal and client-facing use.

Required Qualifications :-

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
  • Strong programming skills in C# for developing plugins, custom workflows, and backend logic.
  • Proven ability to script in JavaScript for Dynamics CRM client-side customizations.
  • Working knowledge of Python scripting for data manipulation, integration, or automation.
  • Experience in deploying and supporting CRM solutions in a cloud or hybrid environment.

Nice to Have :-

  • Hands-on experience with Outreach platform integration or customization.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Service Bus.
  • Understanding of microservice-based architecture and its application in CRM environments.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes or containerized deployment for cloud-native applications.

  • Strong analytical and debugging capabilities.
  • Clear and concise communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying collaborative.
