Role Overview :-
LMTEQ is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Pre-Sales & Bidding Specialist to support the sales team in acquiring new business through structured proposal management and bidding processes.You will work closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams to respond to RFPs, RFIs, and inbound opportunities. The role focuses on creating high-quality proposals, coordinating inputs across teams, and ensuring timely submissions.This role is ideal for candidates with experience in IT services or SaaS environments who can convert technical solutions into clear, client-focused proposals.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Identify and evaluate relevant opportunities from RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, portals, and inbound leads
- Prepare high-quality proposals, bids, and tender responses
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to build solution-based proposals
- Understand client requirements and translate them into structured, compelling responses
- Manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle from qualification to submission and follow-ups
- Create reusable assets such as proposal templates, case studies, and pitch decks
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, formats, and submission timelines
- Coordinate for pricing inputs, estimations, and commercial documentation
- Track bid status and maintain a structured documentation repository
Required Skills :-
- Hands-on experience in RFP, RFI, and RFQ response management
- Strong proposal writing and documentation skills
- Good understanding of IT services or SaaS solutions
- Ability to convert technical inputs into client-friendly proposals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Good to Have & Soft Skills :-
- Experience with bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or similar portals
- Exposure to ServiceNow, Cloud, or Digital Transformation projects
- Understanding of pricing models such as T&M and Fixed Bid
- Basic knowledge of solution architecture or effort estimation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Good stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Proactive and self-driven attitude
