Key Responsibilities : -

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions in SAP S/4HANA, primarily focusing on modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP.
  • Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop custom reports, enhancements, forms, and interfaces using ABAP, CDS views, and SAP Fiori/UI5.
  • Work on end-to-end development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot S/4HANA performance and resolve issues related to custom development.
  • Integrate SAP S/4HANA with other SAP and third-party systems using OData, IDoc, BAPI, and RFCs.
  • Prepare technical documentation and participate in peer reviews.
  • Provide post-implementation support and user training where needed.

Experience and Skills Required : -

  • 4–6 years of experience in SAP development with a strong focus on S/4HANA.
  • Proficiency in ABAP programming and modern techniques like ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and RAP.
  • Experience in developing SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and understanding of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
  • Strong grasp of SAP standard data structures and business processes in at least two of the core modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP).
  • Experience with SAP integration tools (IDoc, OData, RFC, BAPI).
  • Familiarity with code optimization techniques and debugging complex issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with functional consultants and business teams.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have : -

  • SAP S/4HANA certification in development or module-specific areas.
  • Exposure to SAP Cloud Platform and SAP Integration Suite.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP BTP ABAP Environment or side-by-side extensions.
