Position Overview :-
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, end-to-end solutions, with a primary focus on Change Management and domain-separated environments. The role requires hands-on architectural leadership, close collaboration with business stakeholders, and guidance for development teams. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of secure, technically feasible solutions that meet business needs while aligning with industry standards and platform best practices.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Design and architect comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, specializing in Change Management.
- Operate within a Domain Separation setup, maintaining secure and segregated workflows.
- Provide architectural oversight and technical guidance to development teams.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to capture requirements and design scalable, sustainable solutions.
- Define and drive integration strategies and platform-level improvements.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum processes including story creation, sprint planning, and backlog management.
- Apply expertise across ITSM and CSM modules with a strong grasp of ServiceNow design patterns and best practices.
Qualifications :-
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, including strong exposure to ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with expertise in ITSM, CSM, and Change Management modules.
- Strong understanding of domain separation, data security, and scalable architecture.
- Ability to lead technical teams and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with integration strategies and ServiceNow platform enhancements.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery models.
