Position Overview :-

We are seeking skilled ServiceNow Developers to design, develop, and implement solutions across the ServiceNow platform. This role is flexible for candidates with 3–6 years of experience, with responsibilities evolving from hands-on development to leading complex tasks based on expertise.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, including various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog), CSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, FSM/TSM and App Engine.
  • Implement Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, and integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment, following Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality and scalable solutions.
  • Monitor platform performance, execute upgrades, and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure system stability.

Required Skills :-

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting (Glide Script, APIs).
  • Strong understanding of ITSM modules along with exposure to any of the modules (CSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, Secops, APP Engine)
  • Familiarity with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work in client-facing engagements.

Certifications :-

  • ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, CSM, HAM, SAM , ITOM or Secops modules. (highly preferred)

Preferred Skills :-

  • Experience with ATF, CI/CD pipelines, and modern frameworks like React/Angular.
  • Knowledge of other ServiceNow Modules.
  • Leadership experience and mentoring capabilities (for senior level).
