Position Overview :-

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer – ServiceNow who will be responsible for enabling automation, continuous integration, and seamless deployment within the ServiceNow ecosystem. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud platforms, and API integrations. A working understanding of performance tuning and platform security is essential.

Key Responsibilities :-

Design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow applications
Automate deployments using IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible
Oversee performance tuning, upgrades, and configuration of ServiceNow instances
Integrate ServiceNow APIs with third-party tools for full automation workflows
Manage cloud infrastructure: optimization, scaling, and secure deployments
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for streamlined DevOps practices

Technical Skills Required

ServiceNow Scripting & Configuration

JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, UI Policies

CI/CD Tools (any of the following)

Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps

Cloud Platforms (hands-on with at least one)

AWS, Azure, GCP

Security & Networking Basics

VPN, Firewalls, Access Control

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Terraform
Ansible
CloudFormation

Containers & Orchestration (preferred):

Docker
Kubernetes
Helm

Monitoring Tools (any exposure beneficial):

Splunk
ELK Stack
Prometheus

API Integrations

REST
SOAP

Soft Skills :-

Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
Effective verbal and written communication

Educational Qualification :-

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
