Customize Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management workflows to align with organizational needs.
Configure CMDB structures, Service Catalog items, and SLA definitions for effective service delivery.
Integrate ITSM processes with monitoring tools and external systems using ServiceNow MID Server, APIs, and web services.
Provide ongoing support and optimization of ITIL best practices within the ServiceNow platform.
HRSD Module :
- Develop and implement End-End HR Service Delivery (HRSD) processes in ServiceNow.
Customize HR case management workflows, including onboarding/offboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR ESC portals, COE, HR taxonomy.
Configure HR service catalog items, HR templates, knowledge management articles, and HR case routing rules.
Implement and optimize HR service level agreements (SLAs) and performance analytics within ServiceNow.
