Role Overview :-

As a ServiceNow Junior Developer, you will be part of LMTEQ’s ServiceNow Center of Excellence (CoE), working on design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications and workflows. You will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and senior developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions for global clients.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow applications including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and Custom Apps.
  • Support integration between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Implement UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and Workflows.
  • Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and code reviews.
  • Assist in testing, debugging, and documentation of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Pre-sales teams to support demo builds and proof-of-concepts.
  • Contribute to internal accelerators and reusable components for LMTEQ’s ServiceNow practice.

Required Skills :-

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB).
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting (Glide API).
  • Familiarity with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow data model and ACL/security rules.
  • Basic exposure to ITIL processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :-

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Exposure to CSM, HRSD, ITOM, or ITBM modules.
  • Experience with Agile delivery and DevOps practices.
  • Contribution to ServiceNow Store apps or internal frameworks.
