Job Summary :-

We are looking for a dynamic ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow, a strong technical foundation, and excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical value propositions. This role involves collaborating closely with sales, delivery, and client teams to design tailored ServiceNow solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Participate in discovery sessions with clients to understand business challenges and identify ServiceNow solution opportunities.
  • Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations, Proofs of Concept (POC), and presentations for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM,GRC or Security Operations).
  • Assist in preparing solution proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and technical documentation including architecture diagrams and pricing models.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution alignment with best practices and technical feasibility.
  • Develop and maintain reusable demo environments, decks, and value playbooks.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to strengthen solution positioning.
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives by creating collaterals and delivering webinars or client workshops.
  • Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases, marketplace apps, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience :-

  • 1–3 years of experience in ServiceNow, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC or SecOps preferred).
  • Familiarity with System Environment (ITOM) / cybersecurity concepts like SOC, IAM, or Vulnerability Management is a plus.
  • Strong presentation and client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to gather requirements, translate them into solution designs, and present them effectively.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI/Canva or AI tools for documentation and reporting.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and creative approach to solution design.

Preferred Qualifications :-

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – preferred or willing to pursue.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation Certification – preferred or willing to pursue.
  • Pre-sales certifications – Completed (Preferred) or willing to pursue.
  • Exposure to Integration Hub, REST APIs, or data visualization tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
