Job Summary :-

As an IT Project Manager (ServiceNow Projects), you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects — managing scope, timelines, quality, and client communication. While prior ServiceNow project management experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. What’s essential is a strong foundation in Agile, Scrum, and Sprint delivery, along with exceptional stakeholder management and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Manage and deliver ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects within defined scope, cost, and schedule.
  • Define project goals, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with client and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct and lead Agile ceremonies – daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Coordinate between clients, developers, architects, QA teams, and pre-sales for smooth delivery execution.
  • Track project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and velocity metrics.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure project success.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, timelines, and risk logs.
  • Support internal initiatives for improving project delivery frameworks.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement across teams.

Required Skills :-

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT Project Management.
  • Proven experience working in Agile, Sprint, and Scrum environments.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and IT delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination abilities.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Asana, or equivalent project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Exposure to ITSM, ITIL, or enterprise SaaS platforms preferred.

Preferred Skills :-

  • Prior experience managing ServiceNow projects is highly preferred but not mandatory.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or ITOM.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow Foundations or CSA certification is a plus.
  • Experience handling multi-location or remote teams.
