Position Overview :-

We are seeking a ServiceNow ATF Tester to design, develop, and execute automated test cases using ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework. The role involves ensuring platform stability, validating customizations, and supporting continuous delivery by integrating automated testing into the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Develop, configure, and maintain ATF test cases and test suites in ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and translate them into automated tests.
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing using ATF.
  • Identify, document, and track defects; work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Ensure test coverage for custom applications, workflows, catalog items, and integrations.
  • Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to best practices in automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :-

  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
  • Experience in manual and automated testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript (used in ServiceNow scripting).
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and create test strategies and test plans.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :-

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certifications.
  • Experience with ServiceNow upgrade testing.
  • Exposure to integration testing with external systems.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
