Experience: 5+ Years

Educational Qualification: MBA with specialization in marketing or any related course

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Strong communication.
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Experience in leading and managing full recruitment cycle. 
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.

Their Main Duties Include:

  • Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates to identify the best fit for the organization.
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Negotiating compensation and benefits packages with successful candidates.
  • Overseeing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Managing the recruitment budget, tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Managing and mentoring a team of recruiters and ensuring that all recruitment processes comply with legal and ethical standards of the organization.
