Job Summary: The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the IT firm, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies, and providing financial insights to the management team. Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare financial reports and analyze financial data to provide insights to the management team
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions
Monitor cash flow and manage bank accounts
Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
