Job Summary:
IT Administrator is responsible for maintaining and managing the IT infrastructure of the organization.
The job involves ensuring the availability and reliability of servers, network devices, Assets, and applications that support the company’s operations. The System Administrator also works with other IT staff and end-users to troubleshoot issues, maintain data security, and provide technical

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of network devices and systems, including firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points.
  • Manage and administer Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, and other server-based applications.
  • Plan and implement backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Maintain security of the IT infrastructure by implementing and managing access controls, security policies, and security-related systems.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and perform repairs and upgrades as needed.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other IT staff to plan and implement IT projects and upgrades.
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend upgrades and improvements to the IT infrastructure.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an IT Administrator in a similar role.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and server-based applications.
  • Experience with network devices and systems, including firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points.
  • Experience with backup and disaster recovery procedures and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
