Roles and Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud) at LMTEQ, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions that drive business efficiency and enhance customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Custom Development – Design, develop, and maintain Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages to extend the core Salesforce platform and support business requirements.
  • Integration Management – Collaborate with external systems using REST APIs and Platform Events to create seamless integration flows and ensure data consistency.
  • Salesforce Configuration – Implement workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and approval processes. Customize page layouts, record types, and object settings for optimal functionality.
  • Testing & Debugging – Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of custom code and configurations. Ensure code is aligned with Salesforce best practices and maintains high standards of data quality.
  • Technical Documentation – Develop and contribute to technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment instructions, and user manuals.
  • Continuous Improvement – Participate in code reviews and provide suggestions to improve development processes. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce updates, releases, and technologies.
  • Release Management – Assist in each release cycle to deploy new applications and updates to existing features using tools like VS Code and change sets.
