Position Overview :-
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Telecom Service Management (TSM). The role involves acting as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring accurate capture of requirements and seamless functional delivery on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will translate telecom processes into platform capabilities while actively contributing to Agile project delivery, process mapping, and user acceptance testing.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Serve as a functional liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Gather, document, and analyze TSM-related business requirements.
- Map telecom operations into actionable ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Own complete Business Analyst responsibilities including process mapping, UAT coordination, and project documentation.
- Work closely with architects and developers to ensure solution delivery aligns with business needs.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as story creation, grooming, and sprint planning.
Required Skills :-
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Telecom and ServiceNow environments.
- Strong understanding of TSM workflows and their lifecycle.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder communication, solution alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow from a functional/BA perspective.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery frameworks.
